Our one bedroom cottage has light hardwood pine floors,
high white wood and beamed ceilings, and ocean views. It is approximately
700 sqft. There is non-metered parking in the front of the building on the street.
Most of Cliff Drive is 2 hour metered parking, so we are fortunate to have nice
"free" street parking. We provide all
towels and linens, beach towels and beach blankets, beach chairs, hair dryer,
iron/ironing board, BBQ, washer and dryer, outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The
separate living room has two sofas plus a twin day bed with a pull out twin trundle,
a TV with 90+ cable channels, Hi Speed Wireless Internet (wireless only), a VCR,
CD player, a dining table and four chairs. The living room looks out over
the Pacific and leads to a deck with fabulous views. The dramatic ocean
view deck offers a table and chairs, a glider and is perfect for al fresco dining. Both the living room and the bedroom have high beamed white ceilings.
A private queen bedroom features a bay window, love
seat, views over the Pacific and a large closet. The bed and bedding is
fresh, romantic and inviting.
The separate
bathroom is restored to the original 20's style with beadboard wainscoating, shower
over the tub, all very clean and fresh.
The
sunny kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, toaster,
dishwasher, refrig/freezer, all utensils, dinnerware, wine and champagne glasses,
etc.
The kitchen overlooks a back courtyard garden, one that many guests photograph for its beautiful flowers and charm.
In addition to the stunning garden courtyard and the front deck, there is a lower
large brick patio for visiting, lounging, sunning, etc.
