Our young family of four had a great stay at The Laguna Beach charmer cottage. It felt like our own piece of paradise for the week. The cottage is perfectly located within close walking distance to several beaches in North Laguna and close to multiple trolley stops which provide free service into town and to South Laguna. The cottage has expansive ocean views from the living room, deck and bedroom. The cottage has been nicely updated while keeping its original charm. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards. We’re already dreaming about when we can come back!

This place had all the charm and amenities we needed during our stay. We even found ourselves not wanting to stay out but to stay in our cozy cottage for meals, and games. The beaches are all so close, we hopped a ferry to Catalina for a day. Truly a perfect spot.

This place is everything it's advertised to be and more! The views are spectacular with surprising privacy and beautiful foliage that tucks you into the hillside. High ceilings, fans, A/C, and all the comforts of home await those lucky enough to stay here. We were so close to so many outstanding beaches that were just a short walk away. Gerri's cottage was the perfect place for a week-long getaway. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was excellent near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a gorgeous ocean view from the bedroom and main living area as well as the back patio, which is ideal for meals and just relaxing. Gerri was responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay. I will definitely come back with my family if we return to the area!

Our HAPPY PLACE❣️ We could not keep our happy feet on the floor. Charming cottage. Just darling! Amenities were plentiful! Owners took care of it all!! As they say, location, location, location. This sweet cottage was within walking distance to Heisler Park, downtown Laguna, the beach, grocery store, BLK coffee, Reunion restaurant, Las Brisas (first meal) trolley. You name it! Short gorgeous drive (20 min) on PCH to Beachcombers, Fashion Island, Pelican Grill, Balboa Island, etc. May I add short drive to John Way Airport? (20 min) No traffic. Easy peesy!!!! Living the dream at this fabulous cottage🥰

My husband and I recently returned from a 6 night stay at this lovely, one bedroom cottage in Laguna Beach. We can honestly say it is now one of our favorite places! Built in the 1920's and decorated in soothing blues and whites (my favorite color combo!), this roomy cottage had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking needs, and we had access to a laundry room...which we used! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized. There were beach chairs and towels for our use, and each morning we sat on our private deck and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze. One of the reasons we chose to vacation in Laguna Beach was to escape the brutal, summer heat of the Southern US where we live. However, we love and require air conditioning year round and we chose this cottage because it was one of the few in the area that provided AC. While we didn't have to use it much during our stay, a few afternoons were quite warm and humid and we were thankful to have cool air. Parking near the cottage is on the street. It can be tough finding a spot, especially on the weekends, but we always managed and found the parking to be a non-issue. If you are worried that the cottage backs up to Hwy 101...don't be. Traffic eases up at night, and we were not once disturbed by traffic noise. The best thing about this cottage is the location! A short stroll to a grocery store, two tasty restaurants, Reunion (American) and Asada (Mexican), and multiple accesses to the beach. A little longer walk, less than a mile, gets you to breakfast and lunch hotspots, beach side parks, and the center of town with shops and cafes. We walked everywhere! If you do poop out (it happens), you can always catch the FREE trolley that picks-up and drops-off steps from the cottage. Thank you, Gerri, for a fabulous stay! We will definitely return!

This location is PERFECT. Walking distance to incredible beaches including Shaws cove, divers cove, fisherman’s cove and Heisler park with a paved path following the ocean to downtown Laguna beach. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the amenities you need and a view of the ocean from every room. Super friendly owners. We were really comfortable and loved our stay!

The location of Laguna Beach Charmers could not have been better for our two week stay by the beach. Right at the corner of Cliff Drive and the PCH, Laguna’s downtown and it’s famed beaches were just a quick walk away. My husband and I especially enjoyed our morning walks through Heisler Park or along Cliff Drive, looking at the beautiful cliffside homes with their stunning gardens.
We especially enjoyed being so close to some of Laguna’s best dining options. Las Brisas’ patio and Urth Cafe are a five minute walk, as is a grocery store and terrific coffee shop.
We also found the cottage itself to be delightful. We most enjoyed keeping the patio doors and windows open, always allowing for a refreshing breeze. Even though the property could be shared with other renters in the other unit, we never noticed or were disturbed by other guests, in key thanks to the beautiful plants that provided some seclusion to our deck.
The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, including some spices and basics like olive oil that had been left behind by other renters, which was so helpful. We put the grill out back to good use, as well as the outdoor seating. We also appreciated the access to beach chairs and umbrellas, which we took advantage of on a couple of occasions.
All in all, we absolutely loved our two week stay, and hope to make it back in the future!

You have so much to offer here: God’s amazing architecture outside; cozy cottage within! Further, you have enhanced all that with loving and thoughtful care to detail, scrupulously anticipating the various needs of your occupants.
After two weeks here, we were beginning to confuse our friends and family by referring to this place as “home.” That comfortable ambience is undoubtedly due to your cozy interior decorating skill, and your well/supplied kitchen. Having control over the temperature is another source of individual comfort. The view of the ocean speaks for itself. One feature that we personally appreciated was being able to record our favorite tv shows on your DVR, an unusual capability in a rental. The laundry facility was most convenient as well. Security was another important feature—we never had the slightest issue.
Finally, we appreciated your accessibility whenever the occasional question might arise, and as visitors to the area, we appreciated your ready advice and guidance. We do hope to see you again soon.

Another perfect stay in Paradise - your beautiful, comfortable beach cottage on Cliff Dr! I have vacationed in Laguna Beach since the late '80's, typically staying in 4/5 Star oceanfront hotels which currently run $500-1200 per night. Really sorry it took me until 2017 to discover your perfect two bedroom cottage. First, it's everything the website photos show and more. An authentic, beachy vibe in a huge roomy living space with large bedrooms, great ocean views and a spectacular deck for relaxing with coffee or wine while listening to the waves crash on the beach below. SO much better than a square, sterile hotel room and having to dress to go for coffee or meals. It's very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a few nights or longer. I never brought or needed a car - it's an easy walk to town, one block to the grocery store, or across the street to jump on the free trolley if I'm going farther than downtown. The coves nearby are perfect for spending time away from the more crowded main beach. The restaurants of Laguna are terrific, the summer art festivals are always fun to explore and the Pageant of the Masters is an absolute MUST SEE. I rented the cottage for 2018 while I was in in 2017 and did the same this year for 2019. I really appreciate the small changes you make to keep the cottage fresh and the fact that the few times I've texted you with a question, you answer within one hour. We stayed at Laguna Beach Charmers in February, 2018. We had friends who have stayed there many times and they recommended we stay there on our vacation in Laguna Beach. The location is ideal; just a short walk to Main Beach (which we did every day), and with a Pavilions grocery store only a half-block away, as well as multiple other amenities (massages, nail salons, shopping, etc.) very close by. The view is also spectacular - you can’t beat the ability to watch sunsets from your own deck. The cottages are nicely outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and everyone that was staying on the property at the same time we were was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Laguna Beach Charmers to anyone booking a getaway in Laguna Beach!

This was our second time staying in the one bedroom cottage and we felt like we were right at home. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and it is very clean. We loved having coffee in the morning on the deck and planning our day, but more importantly enjoying the sunsets with a glass of wine- the view is absolutely perfect! We rarely used our car and walked to town, as well as all the coves right around the cottage. Working with the owners was so easy and pleasant they are very prompt at getting back to you. We had an amazing vacation staying in the one bedroom cottage. Everything was perfect, and as pictured...except the view- no photo could really do the ocean view justice- go and see it yourself, you will not be disappointed! Working with the owners was smooth and easy. They answered everything timely and were so easy to deal with. We will will definitely return and rent again this lovely cottage. We felt like a local and loved the vibe of Laguna.

This is a magical place, perfectly located—a 10” walk to the Village, right on Cliff Drive with walking access to a number of coves. There is a deck (with BBQ and table) with a wonderful view as well as a larger patio one level down with deck chairs and a larger BBQ. The view continues from inside: both from the living room (which opens onto the deck) and from the BR. The apartment is comfortably furnished, lots of books (mainly detective and thrillers), Turner Classics on the TV and a very well equipped kitchen. The apartment backs onto the Pacific Coast Highway but noise is not a problem. There is access to a washer and dryer (which takes coins) and there is easy street parking on Cliff Drive. Pavilions supermarket is just a few blocks away with lots of parking. The owners are very helpful. All in all a wonderful month despite the weather.

My wife and I decided to get away after Christmas for a week and we picked the Laguna Beach area. The 1 bedroom cottage made our trip a wonderful, relaxing trip. As soon as we arrived at the cottage we asked ourselves why we hadn’t planned on a longer stay. The Laguna Beach cottage was very quaint and comfortable with all the conveniences to make our stay perfect. The location is perfect at the North end of the Heisler Park and the Laguna Beach commercial strip. We enjoyed watching the sunset behind Catalina Island while we sipped wine on the front deck. My favorite place in all Laguna Beach! I've been coming to this property since the late 90's and it's always been such a spectacular place to stay. Cozy, beach-y and inviting - a home away from home - we immediately settle in and enjoy it's many treasures. I've stayed in both the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom and they are equally wonderful, yet each with their own cottage charm. It's ideally located; with beautiful beach views, and is walking distance to grocery store, fabulous beaches, and downtown. It's quintessential Laguna Beach and I'd highly recommend this for anyone seeking a fabulous beach town vacation. There truly isn't a better place to stay in all of Laguna!

It was simply PERFECT!! We couldn't find anything better. Just love this cute place. Less then a minute walk to 3 beach access, on the trolley road, one block to grocery store. It's a little condo cottage style, with a large terrace and a lower deck with long chair. The view is also very unique. We are a family of 4 and it was enough space for all of us. This was our 2nd time to stay..1st time was in the two-bedroom. In my fiancé's words "this is so cute and charming". The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities we need. We prefer to dine in and prepare meals at the cottage, having a quiet dinner on the deck with our personal view of the ocean and sunset...priceless! While in town, we applied for our marriage license. We are returning in July and will be married on one of nearby beach coves. We are counting the days to July. Wonderful North Laguna Cottage. You will love this one bedroom cottage with ocean views! I made my 3rd visit this past summer and once again enjoyed the upscale neighborhood, great walking paths, beach coves within easy walk, free trolley service downtown and of course the cozy cottage itself. The outdoor patio is like having an additional room - you'll want to eat every meal outside looking at the ocean and watching paddle boarders go by!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this cozy 1 bedroom cottage. Morning coffee on the front deck while gazing at the ocean, watching joggers and dog walkers, in this quiet upscale neighborhood...such a beautiful way to start the day! We walked to one of the nearby cove beaches with a couple beach chairs and umbrella and set up for a lovely afternoon. All the beach gear you need is available to borrow. The Laguna Beach Trolley to the Village was running during the weekend of our stay. The Laguna Beach App has a trolley tracker which showed us when the trolley was on its way to the stop, just a couple blocks away. Walking to Laguna Village from the cottage is a quick 15-20 minutes. We love Laguna Village for its good restaurants, interesting shops, and most of all - the friendliest people! Most of the people we met and visited with are locals and they make the visitors feel very welcome. Our favorite restaurants are: Nick’s for the vibe, great food, and friendly bartenders. The Lumberyard for the ambiance, TVs for sports watching, great food and A/C for the occasional very hot summer day. The Deck for its relaxed outdoor location on the beach, off Sleepy Hollow. Marine Room Tavern for its friendly party atmosphere, live music-great rock ‘n roll band there in the early evening on Sundays. We hadn’t danced so much in years… The cottage itself is wonderful! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It’s really the best vacation rental in the best spot and Gerri is very easy to work with. We cannot wait to return!

We are repeat guests who wait all year to return to this adorable cottage, our home away from home. This is truly a well thought out vacation rental. The kitchen is big enough to cook a meal in if you for some reason want to forgo the awesome restaurants to be found within a five mile radius. You'll spend all sorts of time on the deck, watching dolphins, seals, and even whales frolick in the kelp beds offshore. The location is great: half mile walk along beautiful Heisler Park down to Main Beach, and just at the point where PARKING IS FREE. The absolute best thing is waking up to see the ocean from your bed! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and suntan lotion!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage in mid June. Ever since returning home, we have been thinking back to what a great vacation we had in Laguna Beach. The cottage is perfect, very clean, comfortable, and just as described. The photos are accurate – and it is even more charming in person. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, but close enough to walk to town for dinner and browsing the shops. The walk through Heisler Park is beautiful with beach and ocean views the entire way. We loved relaxing on the cottage deck and gazing out to the ocean. It is a very short walk to beautiful cove beaches. The cottage has all the beach gear you could possibly want. At night, with the windows open, you can smell the sea air and hear the waves crashing ashore. We slept so well there – the bed is very comfortable. We found a few “favorite” restaurants in town, that we highly recommend. For great food, friendly people, and lively bar: House of Big Fish & Ice Cold Beer and Nick’s. Also, the Lumberyard is a great place for a quiet, romantic dinner. Gerri is easy to work with and the reservation process through arrival to the cottage went smoothly. I would recommend it to couples who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. We are looking forward to returning as soon as possible!

As a going away to college celebration my husband and I took my daughter to Laguna for a long holiday weekend. We had the perfect place - nice and high on the hill so we could see the ocean, we could people watch from our balcony, and best of all - the fireworks! They were just around the bend from the rental unit and from our balcony we had a prefect view in a cozy and intimate setting. It was one of the best we have had! We love Laguna and have rented the smaller unit in this complex in the past. Owner is extremely accommodating and gracious. Very easy to work with and everything is in order when you arrive. The unit was clean and everything was just the way you would want it. We will be back!!!

Spent my 50th birthday here for the first time. Think I will have to make this an annual event! Not only did my girlfriends love the view but when my husband joined me- he was thrilled with the proximity to the coves for spear fishing. I enjoyed the fresh fish he caught every day. The place was so cute and comfortable. We saw a pod of dolphins from the deck that numbered close to 100 swimming by at sunset. It was a magical time and the owners were so easy to work with. Enjoyed the experience and it met my expectations over 100%. Probably shouldn't let others know because it might be difficult for me to book next time but it made this trip so special.

What can be said about the Laguna spot? It was heaven! So much larger than it looks in pictures (for a change) and we loved all the nooks and crannies and opening windows and outlets and funky aesthetic (I mean that in a good way). It was so nice to be in a neighborhood! What a sought after spot that is to go to the beach. We could not believe how beautiful heisler park is, either. And your place is so well-equipped. We appreciated having foil, salt and pepper, three hair dryers :), and just the loveliness of that airy bedroom. Thank you!!!

John and I had a wonderful time at your perfect Laguna Beach Cottage. It was much bigger than we had anticipated; the internet photos don't do it justice. Also the view from inside the cottage and from the two decks outside was incredible; you can see up and down the coast for a hundred miles! We were completely and pleasantly surprised. We cooked "at home" most nights, either inside or on the barbecue. The small kitchen was so well stocked; it was more fun to eat at home than to go out. We are relaxed and refreshed after our week at Cottage C.

This time I had the good fortune to be able to stay for five nights in Cottage C, one bdrm. As expected I had an equally wonderful time. Laguna has always retained for me a magical feeling, and although we've made many return trips to California since we relocated in 1992, we've not been back to my "spiritual home". I found your place on the Internet as I was searching for the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and me. Once I saw the pictures of this place, I knew my boyfriend would love the surprise for his birthday. It was hard to keep this great place a secret until we pulled up to it Friday night. Our young family of four had a great stay at The Laguna Beach charmer cottage. It felt like our own piece of paradise for the week. The cottage is perfectly located within close walking distance to several beaches in North Laguna and close to multiple trolley stops which provide free service into town and to South Laguna. The cottage has expansive ocean views from the living room, deck and bedroom. The cottage has been nicely updated while keeping its original charm. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards. We’re already dreaming about when we can come back!

Gerri's cottage was the perfect place for a week-long getaway. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was excellent near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a gorgeous ocean view from the bedroom and main living area as well as the back patio, which is ideal for meals and just relaxing. This sweet cottage was within walking distance to Heisler Park, downtown Laguna, the beach, grocery store, BLK coffee, Reunion restaurant, Las Brisas (first meal) trolley. You name it! Short gorgeous drive (20 min) on PCH to Beachcombers, Fashion Island, Pelican Grill, Balboa Island, etc. May I add short drive to John Way Airport? (20 min) No traffic. Easy peesy!!!! My husband and I recently returned from a 6 night stay at this lovely, one bedroom cottage in Laguna Beach. We can honestly say it is now one of our favorite places! Built in the 1920's and decorated in soothing blues and whites (my favorite color combo!), this roomy cottage had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking needs, and we had access to a laundry room...which we used! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized. There were beach chairs and towels for our use, and each morning we sat on our private deck and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze. One of the reasons we chose to vacation in Laguna Beach was to escape the brutal, summer heat of the Southern US where we live. However, we love and require air conditioning year round and we chose this cottage because it was one of the few in the area that provided AC. While we didn't have to use it much during our stay, a few afternoons were quite warm and humid and we were thankful to have cool air. Parking near the cottage is on the street. It can be tough finding a spot, especially on the weekends, but we always managed and found the parking to be a non-issue. If you are worried that the cottage backs up to Hwy 101...don't be. Traffic eases up at night, and we were not once disturbed by traffic noise. The best thing about this cottage is the location! A short stroll to a grocery store, two tasty restaurants, Reunion (American) and Asada (Mexican), and multiple accesses to the beach. A little longer walk, less than a mile, gets you to breakfast and lunch hotspots, beach side parks, and the center of town with shops and cafes. We walked everywhere! If you do poop out (it happens), you can always catch the FREE trolley that picks-up and drops-off steps from the cottage. Thank you, Gerri, for a fabulous stay! We will definitely return!

This location is PERFECT. Walking distance to incredible beaches including Shaws cove, divers cove, fisherman’s cove and Heisler park with a paved path following the ocean to downtown Laguna beach. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the amenities you need and a view of the ocean from every room. Super friendly owners. We were really comfortable and loved our stay!

The location of Laguna Beach Charmers could not have been better for our two week stay by the beach. Right at the corner of Cliff Drive and the PCH, Laguna’s downtown and it’s famed beaches were just a quick walk away. My husband and I especially enjoyed our morning walks through Heisler Park or along Cliff Drive, looking at the beautiful cliffside homes with their stunning gardens.
We especially enjoyed being so close to some of Laguna’s best dining options. Las Brisas’ patio and Urth Cafe are a five minute walk, as is a grocery store and terrific coffee shop.
We also found the cottage itself to be delightful. We most enjoyed keeping the patio doors and windows open, always allowing for a refreshing breeze. Even though the property could be shared with other renters in the other unit, we never noticed or were disturbed by other guests, in key thanks to the beautiful plants that provided some seclusion to our deck.
The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, including some spices and basics like olive oil that had been left behind by other renters, which was so helpful. We put the grill out back to good use, as well as the outdoor seating. We also appreciated the access to beach chairs and umbrellas, which we took advantage of on a couple of occasions.
All in all, we absolutely loved our two week stay, and hope to make it back in the future!

You have so much to offer here: God’s amazing architecture outside; cozy cottage within! Further, you have enhanced all that with loving and thoughtful care to detail, scrupulously anticipating the various needs of your occupants.
After two weeks here, we were beginning to confuse our friends and family by referring to this place as “home.” That comfortable ambience is undoubtedly due to your cozy interior decorating skill, and your well/supplied kitchen. Having control over the temperature is another source of individual comfort. The view of the ocean speaks for itself. One feature that we personally appreciated was being able to record our favorite tv shows on your DVR, an unusual capability in a rental. The laundry facility was most convenient as well. Security was another important feature—we never had the slightest issue.
Finally, we appreciated your accessibility whenever the occasional question might arise, and as visitors to the area, we appreciated your ready advice and guidance. We do hope to see you again soon.

Another perfect stay in Paradise - your beautiful, comfortable beach cottage on Cliff Dr! I have vacationed in Laguna Beach since the late '80's, typically staying in 4/5 Star oceanfront hotels which currently run $500-1200 per night. Really sorry it took me until 2017 to discover your perfect two bedroom cottage. First, it's everything the website photos show and more. An authentic, beachy vibe in a huge roomy living space with large bedrooms, great ocean views and a spectacular deck for relaxing with coffee or wine while listening to the waves crash on the beach below. SO much better than a square, sterile hotel room and having to dress to go for coffee or meals. It's very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a few nights or longer. I never brought or needed a car - it's an easy walk to town, one block to the grocery store, or across the street to jump on the free trolley if I'm going farther than downtown. The coves nearby are perfect for spending time away from the more crowded main beach. The restaurants of Laguna are terrific, the summer art festivals are always fun to explore and the Pageant of the Masters is an absolute MUST SEE. I rented the cottage for 2018 while I was in in 2017 and did the same this year for 2019. I really appreciate the small changes you make to keep the cottage fresh and the fact that the few times I've texted you with a question, you answer within one hour. We stayed at Laguna Beach Charmers in February, 2018. We had friends who have stayed there many times and they recommended we stay there on our vacation in Laguna Beach. The location is ideal; just a short walk to Main Beach (which we did every day), and with a Pavilions grocery store only a half-block away, as well as multiple other amenities (massages, nail salons, shopping, etc.) very close by. The view is also spectacular - you can’t beat the ability to watch sunsets from your own deck. The cottages are nicely outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and everyone that was staying on the property at the same time we were was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Laguna Beach Charmers to anyone booking a getaway in Laguna Beach!

This was our second time staying in the one bedroom cottage and we felt like we were right at home. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and it is very clean. We loved having coffee in the morning on the deck and planning our day, but more importantly enjoying the sunsets with a glass of wine- the view is absolutely perfect! We rarely used our car and walked to town, as well as all the coves right around the cottage. Working with the owners was so easy and pleasant they are very prompt at getting back to you. This is a magical place, perfectly located—a 10” walk to the Village, right on Cliff Drive with walking access to a number of coves. There is a deck (with BBQ and table) with a wonderful view as well as a larger patio one level down with deck chairs and a larger BBQ. The view continues from inside: both from the living room (which opens onto the deck) and from the BR. The apartment is comfortably furnished, lots of books (mainly detective and thrillers), Turner Classics on the TV and a very well equipped kitchen. The apartment backs onto the Pacific Coast Highway but noise is not a problem. There is access to a washer and dryer (which takes coins) and there is easy street parking on Cliff Drive. Pavilions supermarket is just a few blocks away with lots of parking. The owners are very helpful. All in all a wonderful month despite the weather.

My wife and I decided to get away after Christmas for a week and we picked the Laguna Beach area. The 1 bedroom cottage made our trip a wonderful, relaxing trip. As soon as we arrived at the cottage we asked ourselves why we hadn’t planned on a longer stay. The Laguna Beach cottage was very quaint and comfortable with all the conveniences to make our stay perfect. The location is perfect at the North end of the Heisler Park and the Laguna Beach commercial strip. We enjoyed watching the sunset behind Catalina Island while we sipped wine on the front deck. My favorite place in all Laguna Beach! I've been coming to this property since the late 90's and it's always been such a spectacular place to stay. Cozy, beach-y and inviting - a home away from home - we immediately settle in and enjoy it's many treasures. I've stayed in both the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom and they are equally wonderful, yet each with their own cottage charm. It's ideally located; with beautiful beach views, and is walking distance to grocery store, fabulous beaches, and downtown. It's quintessential Laguna Beach and I'd highly recommend this for anyone seeking a fabulous beach town vacation. There truly isn't a better place to stay in all of Laguna!

It was simply PERFECT!! We couldn't find anything better. Just love this cute place. Less then a minute walk to 3 beach access, on the trolley road, one block to grocery store. It's a little condo cottage style, with a large terrace and a lower deck with long chair. The view is also very unique. We are a family of 4 and it was enough space for all of us. This was our 2nd time to stay..1st time was in the two-bedroom. In my fiancé's words "this is so cute and charming". The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities we need. We prefer to dine in and prepare meals at the cottage, having a quiet dinner on the deck with our personal view of the ocean and sunset...priceless! While in town, we applied for our marriage license. We are returning in July and will be married on one of nearby beach coves. We are counting the days to July. Wonderful North Laguna Cottage. You will love this one bedroom cottage with ocean views! I made my 3rd visit this past summer and once again enjoyed the upscale neighborhood, great walking paths, beach coves within easy walk, free trolley service downtown and of course the cozy cottage itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this cozy 1 bedroom cottage. Morning coffee on the front deck while gazing at the ocean, watching joggers and dog walkers, in this quiet upscale neighborhood...such a beautiful way to start the day! We walked to one of the nearby cove beaches with a couple beach chairs and umbrella and set up for a lovely afternoon. All the beach gear you need is available to borrow. The Laguna Beach Trolley to the Village was running during the weekend of our stay. The Laguna Beach App has a trolley tracker which showed us when the trolley was on its way to the stop, just a couple blocks away. Walking to Laguna Village from the cottage is a quick 15-20 minutes. We love Laguna Village for its good restaurants, interesting shops, and most of all - the friendliest people! Most of the people we met and visited with are locals and they make the visitors feel very welcome. Our favorite restaurants are: Nick’s for the vibe, great food, and friendly bartenders. The Lumberyard for the ambiance, TVs for sports watching, great food and A/C for the occasional very hot summer day. The Deck for its relaxed outdoor location on the beach, off Sleepy Hollow. Marine Room Tavern for its friendly party atmosphere, live music-great rock ‘n roll band there in the early evening on Sundays. We hadn’t danced so much in years… The cottage itself is wonderful! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It’s really the best vacation rental in the best spot and Gerri is very easy to work with. We cannot wait to return!

We are repeat guests who wait all year to return to this adorable cottage, our home away from home. This is truly a well thought out vacation rental. The kitchen is big enough to cook a meal in if you for some reason want to forgo the awesome restaurants to be found within a five mile radius. You'll spend all sorts of time on the deck, watching dolphins, seals, and even whales frolick in the kelp beds offshore. The location is great: half mile walk along beautiful Heisler Park down to Main Beach, and just at the point where PARKING IS FREE. The absolute best thing is waking up to see the ocean from your bed! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and suntan lotion!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage in mid June. Ever since returning home, we have been thinking back to what a great vacation we had in Laguna Beach. The cottage is perfect, very clean, comfortable, and just as described. The photos are accurate – and it is even more charming in person. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, but close enough to walk to town for dinner and browsing the shops. The walk through Heisler Park is beautiful with beach and ocean views the entire way. We loved relaxing on the cottage deck and gazing out to the ocean. It is a very short walk to beautiful cove beaches. The cottage has all the beach gear you could possibly want. At night, with the windows open, you can smell the sea air and hear the waves crashing ashore. We slept so well there – the bed is very comfortable. We found a few “favorite” restaurants in town, that we highly recommend. For great food, friendly people, and lively bar: House of Big Fish & Ice Cold Beer and Nick’s. Also, the Lumberyard is a great place for a quiet, romantic dinner. Gerri is easy to work with and the reservation process through arrival to the cottage went smoothly. I would recommend it to couples who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. We are looking forward to returning as soon as possible!

As a going away to college celebration my husband and I took my daughter to Laguna for a long holiday weekend. We had the perfect place - nice and high on the hill so we could see the ocean, we could people watch from our balcony, and best of all - the fireworks! They were just around the bend from the rental unit and from our balcony we had a prefect view in a cozy and intimate setting. It was one of the best we have had! We love Laguna and have rented the smaller unit in this complex in the past. Owner is extremely accommodating and gracious. Very easy to work with and everything is in order when you arrive. The unit was clean and everything was just the way you would want it. We will be back!!!

Spent my 50th birthday here for the first time. Think I will have to make this an annual event! Not only did my girlfriends love the view but when my husband joined me- he was thrilled with the proximity to the coves for spear fishing. I enjoyed the fresh fish he caught every day. The place was so cute and comfortable. We saw a pod of dolphins from the deck that numbered close to 100 swimming by at sunset. It was a magical time and the owners were so easy to work with. Enjoyed the experience and it met my expectations over 100%. Probably shouldn't let others know because it might be difficult for me to book next time but it made this trip so special.

So much larger than it looks in pictures (for a change) and we loved all the nooks and crannies and opening windows and outlets and funky aesthetic (I mean that in a good way). It was so nice to be in a neighborhood! What a sought after spot that is to go to the beach. We could not believe how beautiful heisler park is, either. And your place is so well-equipped. John and I had a wonderful time at your perfect Laguna Beach Cottage. It was much bigger than we had anticipated; the internet photos don't do it justice. Also the view from inside the cottage and from the two decks outside was incredible; you can see up and down the coast for a hundred miles! We were completely and pleasantly surprised. We cooked "at home" most nights, either inside or on the barbecue. The small kitchen was so well stocked; it was more fun to eat at home than to go out. We are relaxed and refreshed after our week at Cottage C.

Cottage C is the quintessential bungalow. From the skinny wooden floors to the vibrant pictures on walls-this cottage is great! The view is wonderful inside the cottage and outside the deck. I found your place on the Internet as I was searching for the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and me. Once I saw the pictures of this place, I knew my boyfriend would love the surprise for his birthday. It was hard to keep this great place a secret until we pulled up to it Friday night. We were both pleasantly surprised when we entered Cottage C. The view along with all the small details made us both feel comfortable and relaxed.
