****There are approximately 50 permitted short term rentals in Laguna Beach, even though there are a few hundred short term rentals on the vacation rental platforms, ads, etc. All of the other vacation rentals in Laguna Beach, on this rental site or other sites, are not permitted. The City is actively pursuing shutting down non permitted short term rentals. Your booking may not be available when you arrive at one of those. Our bookings are guaranteed to be available on your arrival.

Our criteria:

Five night minimum

We accommodate up to 4 people maximum.

Two bedroom cottage is not suitable for children under seven.

One bedroom cottage is suitable for two adults and two minors, not four adults.

Cottages cannot accommodate pets. No smoking at any time on the property, this includes e- cigarettes and vaping.

One time cleaning fee $295.

Laguna Beach requires we charge our guests their 12% bed tax per night.

$600 refundable security deposit

All reservations are subject to other reservations until paid in full

We accept payment with personal checks, Venmo, or Zellepay.

Cancellation policy: any days that we rebook after your cancellation will be refunded to you. We will refund bed tax, cleaning fee and security deposit with all cancellations.

The last week of June to Labor Day there is a free trolley that takes you to town, and passes by every 30 min til 11PM. There is also a free trolley in the winter on weekends from Friday afternoon til Sunday night. Pick it up right across on Coast Hwy, so fun. Take it to the Village, the summer Sawdust Festival, and Art shows. Also, our location provides walking proximity to Laguna's famous art galleries, fantastic restaurants, and shopping. Dive shop w/ wet suits, fins and other supplies one door away. Supermarket w/ Starbucks one block. 30 min N to Disneyland, 40 min S to Legoland, 90 min to San Diego, Zoo, Sea World and more. Crystal Cove Historical restored shacks and restaurant 3 min, Pelican Hill resort and golf 7 min. Great mall upscale shopping in Fashion Island (15 min) and So Coast Plaza (25 min).
